<p>Comments on this vdieo claim it to be of Czech origin, though I can&#8217;t find any proof of that.</p>
<p>One possibility is that what you see here is a derivative of a popular sport/competition/ego boost/training exersize/morale builder known as <a title="Wikipedia: Firematic Racing" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firematic_Racing" target="_blank">Firematic Racing</a>, and is most popular in New York and Florida.</p>
